![]() ![]() So the fact that the rest of the food ranged from edible to decent did not make up for that. Yes, not, “oh no this is cold!”, but legitimately still frozen and uncooked meat. The food: Some of the food was decent, but I couldn’t get past the fact that they brought out literally frozen uncooked meat to 2 children. I will say, however, the only bright spot about our experience is that our waiter, Tom, was really kind, but just woefully busy because they were understaffed. Legitimately felt like we were in a movie about a group of lowlifes who hated their jobs and all their customers. ![]() "You only waited an hour" was said with a sardonic grin as if one hour is childs play. ![]() Later, another man showed up, and he smiled through his 2008 Brooklyn hipster mustache as he refused to solve any issues and acted as if no one deserved to be at his Painted Pin castle. One woman sat slumped in her chair, rolling her eyes as guests came in, spoke in a monotone irritated voice, and made no effort to help guests or act as if they mattered. Service: The front desk (who check you in, give you lanes, etc.) provided hands down the worst service I’ve had anywhere in ATL. And based on our experience, I’d recommend not coming under any circumstance. If you are coming with younger kids that are not competent bowlers, just don’t. I thought… isn’t that a bar? But our friends had been there for a corporate event with kids and said during the day it is kid friendly and they even have a kids menu, so who was I to question? Sounds like a fun low key Saturday! *insert ominous music* We had 4 adults and 5 kids, and spent almost $500 for 1 hour of bowling, 5 kids meals and a few apps, and… SPOILER ALERT… it was a disaster. I hadn’t been to Painted Pin in years, and friends suggested bringing our kids to bowl together. ![]()
